Celestial Patrol ((ロシア語: Небесный патруль)) is the first computer program in the world of global earthquake prediction providing public on-line seismological forecast from 1 to 5 days on various cities and towns in more than 50 countries around the world with the stated predictability (not less than 82%). The author and developer — is Sergey Brechshuk. The program was launched in beta in November 2010, and the "Sampling" version – since July 1, 2011 at celestialpatrol.com (previously in the domain zone. kz) "Celestial Patrol" was originally designed with the possibility of timely, clear and simple prediction of earthquakes to the general public (free of charge) via the dynamic information on the home page of the program, as well as by subscription via e-mail, seismological informers and SMS. Private programmers from different countries took part in the creation of the web-site and the program. In 2012, the project attracted the attention of the innovation center "Skolkovo". The author's activities within the program actively extended to the countries of the central part of Eurasian continent, with the biggest success in predicting in the following countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Iran and India. Some of the most famous seismological predictions: The most famous part of the program was an annual publication of "Rating-earthquakes forecasting in the central part of Eurasia" in 2010-2014. Another forecasting of the rating: "IN AZERBAIJAN IN THE FIRST HALF OF 2014 THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF AN EARTHQUAKE WITH THE MAGNITUDE OF 5.8-6.5". The authorities of Azerbaijan negatively commented on that information. However, in the first half of 2014 there were 2 events: 10 February 2014 (MPV 5.3) and 7 June 2014 (MPV 5.5). The forecast for the Republic of Georgia in 2011 was also confirmed by the earthquake in December 26, 2012 with an epicenter in Abkhazia with the magnitude of 5.6. It is noteworthy that the earthquake-prone Armenia (having the last ranks in the "rating-forecast") has really passed the danger. Since 2012 it has not had any significant earthquakes. In 2011 the program was copyrighted in the United States. In September 1, 2014 the author announced the closure of the program due to the introduction of additions to the article of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Article 242-1) establishing charges for the dissemination of false information (rumors). == History == According to the author, the program became a pilot project, the development of primary research in 2005, and got the name of "The use of natural low-frequency magnetic fields onto the human". It was based on the writings of "Evolution without selection" by the Swedish biologist Antonio Lima-de-Faria who had empirically demonstrated the influence of magnetic field on a living cell. Particularly he almost proved the influence of magnetic field on a living cell. The purpose of the research was to prove the fact of physical effect on the human by his/her simple moving with respect to the magnetic fields (sections) of land. Reposing on the geological features of the land, as well as knowing the place of birth, and all cases of human movements, it is possible to determine his/her individual magnetic "sufficiency" which can be either a "deficient" (lacking) or "excessive". The given fact in its turn significantly affects the physical health and emotional state of a person, and the correcting of the magnetic "sufficiency" can provide in a short period of time, without the use of drugs, the cure of serious diseases, such as diabetes mellitus of 1, 2 degree, tumor processes including cancer, heart irregularities, deviations in blood pressure and so on. Manipulating the magnetic "sufficiency" it is possible to increase the length of life and start the process of rejuvenation of a human, understand the subjective feeling of anguish and discomfort.
